Merch for Mobile Devs
T-shirts for Coherent Solutions mobile practice. Each platform deserves their own tee.
Mobile dev practice lead and I decided that developers for each platform deserved their own T-shirt design.
I looked for memes and popular phrases among mobile developers so that they feel connection to this merch.
"And adapt it for iPad"
Who hasn't seen an iOS developer's face when PM or designer casually mentions that the app must be supported for an iPad too?
I especially liked the hammer in the XCode logo so I wanted to include it in the story like a loaded gun.
"Works well on my emulator"
Practice lead asked for a burning laptop, so here it is.
"Write once, debug everywhere"
Cross-platform developers make everyone fear them. Honestly, not sure why the guys asked for The Shining reference but probably they know something.
When merch arrived, the practice lead messaged me to say that the whole company now envies them. Not bad.
